Are your teas 100 per cent natural?

Yes. Every leaf, every blend, every infusion — all of it comes from nature, nothing else.

Our loose leaf teas, herbal blends, and infusions use only natural flavour oils. No artificial flavourings. No synthetic colours. No preservatives. Just ingredients that belong exactly where they came from — in the earth, in the garden, in your cup.

We believe tea should taste like tea. And everything else in it should be just as honest.

Where are your teas blended and packaged?

Our single-origin teas arrive directly from the estates — each one carrying the character of where it was grown.

Our blends are a different story. Some are crafted in-house here in the UK. Others are developed alongside master blenders in Europe — people who've spent decades understanding how flavours marry, how leaves behave, what makes a blend worth returning to.

All our teas are imported loose to the UK, then packed here. From estate to cup, we keep the journey as direct and honest as the tea itself.

Are your teas safe for daily use?

Absolutely. Our teas are designed for daily enjoyment.

Each blend is naturally balanced, and we offer options across the caffeine spectrum — from the gentle lift of green tea to the full body of black tea, to the complete calm of caffeine-free herbals and rooibos.

We source responsibly, use only natural ingredients, and test for quality and safety. Whether you're reaching for your first cup of the morning or winding down in the evening, our teas are made to be part of your everyday ritual — as often as you'd like.

Do your teas contain caffeine?

Some do, some don't — and we're clear about which is which.

Black and green teas naturally contain caffeine. Herbal infusions and rooibos blends are completely caffeine-free. Each product page lists this clearly under "Brewing Details," so you always know what you're steeping.

Whether you need the gentle lift of morning or the calm of evening, there's a cup for that moment.

Gifting

How does the Signature Gift Set work?

Simple. Just choose 3 teas from our curated list. Add the recipient's name and a personal message if you'd like. We'll add some treats and accessories, hand-pack everything in our signature gift box and seal it with wax.

It's a gift that feels considered — because it is.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Of course. Simply enter their shipping address at checkout — we'll handle the rest.

The gift arrives beautifully packed. Thoughtful, direct, ready for a memorable unboxing experience.

Will the invoice be included in gift orders?

No. Gift boxes never include pricing or invoice details. You’ll receive your digital invoice by email only.

Can I include a custom note or card?

Yes — during checkout you can write a message that we print on premium card stock and include inside the box.
