This is the classic. The original. Earl Grey as it was meant to be — full-bodied black tea infused with bergamot oil extracted from the rind of bergamot oranges. Studies show bergamot may help lower LDL cholesterol and support heart health, while the polyphenols in both bergamot and black tea act as powerful antioxidants that protect cells and reduce inflammation. Bergamot oil also has natural calming properties, easing stress and anxiety while promoting mental clarity.

How to brew: One and a half heaped teaspoons per 250ml. Water at 100°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes. The longer you wait, the more pronounced the bergamot becomes — bright, clean, and unmistakably Earl Grey.
